1880s to 1910 Gundlach Bundschu, J. Gundlach Wine Co. brand named Santa Maria. This was a robust “California Burgundy.” During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, "Santa Maria" was a specific proprietary brand name used by Gundlach Bundschu for their high-tier red table blend. The seal states “Cabinet,” which refers to a special, longer-cellared, or special-grapes brand. This is a “split” bottle. Uncommon.
