“Rapid”, Vintage Bottle Capper
The “Rapid”: a vintage bottle capper. Very uncommon model; this tool was made from cast iron and steel. It was used in breweries, wineries, and soda works. It was specifically used during the “tirage stage” of champagne making to temporarily cap bottles.
